Three Britons infected with Zika virus linked to brain deformities in babies
THREE Britons have been infected with the devastating Zika virus, as mosquitos continue to rapidly spread the destructive illness which has been linked to brain deformities in babies.

The three holidaymakers picked up the disease through mosquito bites while travelling in Columbia, Suriname and Guyana in South and Central America, Public Health England (PHE) confirmed.
It is unclear whether any of the Britons infected were pregnant women and if they have returned to the UK.
There is currently no vaccine for Zika, with treatment focusing on pain relief and managing the symptoms.
Pregnant women have been warned not to travel to the 22 countries where the disturbing virus has been reported, including Brazil where the Rio Olympics are taking place this summer.
The alarming infection may be linked to thousands of babies being born with undeveloped brains and is spreading through the Americas.
