Over Half of US Residents Disapproving of Obama Presidency – Poll

More than half of US residents disapprove of the way President Barack Obama is handling his job, according to poll results released on Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to a CNN/ORC survey, 52 percent of respondents said they were dissatisfied with Obama’s policies as president, while 47 percent said they approved of them. The number respondents disapproving of Obama’s presidency has been higher than those approving of it since August.

A total of 60 percent of respondents said they were dissatisfied with Obama’s response to the treat of terrorism, while 64 percent said that Obama was poorly handling the problem of the Islamic State (IS or Daesh, outlawed in Russia) jihadist group insurgency.
