The federal government, perhaps at the behest of the Obama administration, has been quietly removing vaccine injury court data from a publicly reported chart that at one time was updated monthly, investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson reported recently on her web site.
“In March, the federal government removed the latest vaccine injury court statistics—more than a year’s worth of data—from one of its publicly reported charts,” she wrote. “It was an abrupt departure from the normal practice of updating the figures monthly.”
Scrubbing the latest data means the “adjudication categories by alleged vaccine” chart on the federal agency web site no longer shows the recent, dramatic increase in court victories for plaintiffs who alleged their kids were either injured seriously or killed by one or more vaccines, Attkisson wrote in late June.
She added that since January 2014, the number of flu vaccine cases that were conceded by the federal government more than doubled the cases from the previous eight years in total. However, the adjudication chart only reflected about half of current figures.
