Steve Quayle is correct. Jade Helm is full swing in which Special Operations Forces are practicing for the Red List extractions of Americans with dissident opinions. In the past week, former General, Wesley Clark is calling for the FEMA camp incarceration of any American who is not loyal (i.e. subservient to the will of the New World Order).
