US-based online retailer Amazon offered for purchase four volumes of the Islamic State (IS) English-language magazine, Dabiq, featuring graphic executions and articles defending rape and slavery; the company however has decided to discontinue the sale.
Amazon.com, the Seattle-based Internet retail giant, had until recently been offering four different issues of the English-language IS magazine Dabiq, aimed at recruiting Western jihadists.
Each issue of the magazine was reportedly being sold for between five and seventeen British pounds, could be delivered to a buyer in one working day, and even gift-wrapped.
The magazines were being sold in paperback form on Amazon sites in the UK, US, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Amazon, however, says it has withdrawn the product.
