Steve I live near Ft. Hood in Central Texas. Army personnel told me they have been having drills on the base that are announced over the PA system and with alert sirens. When the drills occur they often jam all cell phone signals so you cannot communicate off base. I thought the cell phone jamming was something you might be interested in knowing. None of the local soldiers seem to know anything about Jade Helm 15. One of the soldiers said he thought about the question regarding Jade Helm 15 during the numerous drills recently.
Looks like change is not far out. BO promised change, he just didn’t say what kind of change it was going to be. The Communist Party has used the slogan Hope and Change many times over the past few decades.
