CALGARY – You can almost hear those sleighbells ringing this morning as folks in Calgary dig out from a second dumping of snow in a 48-hour period.

And it’s not over yet.

The city is currently under a snowfall warning, according to Environment Canada, with a possible 10-15 centemetres on the way, laying a third blanket on the 11.8 cm that fell Monday and 1.3 that fell Tuesday. A few areas along the foothills could receive upwards of 25 cm today. Along with the snow, the city is trying to get power back on for approximately 30,000 customers left in the dark when the white stuff knocked down trees and powerlines.
