The Council on Foreign Relations believes Syrian concerns about the United States violating its national sovereignty are irrelevant.

The globalist organization that instructs the State Department in foreign policy decisions on Thursday said that

since Assad has demonstrated he is unable to govern and keep the peace within Syria, the United States need not validate the regime’s legitimacy by acknowledging Assad’s threat that, “Any strike which is not coordinated with the government will be considered as aggression.”

The Syrian government is “unable to govern and keep the peace” because the United States, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and others have waged a proxy war against the government and its security apparatus. This war, characterized in the West as a civil war, has included the participation of ISIS, a force trained by the U.S. military in Jordan.
