Dozens of rockets hit southern Israel on Monday; Security Cabinet convenes to discuss response to ongoing projectile fire that has seen 150 rockets hit Israel in recent weeks; Hamas says IAF strikes killed 9 overnight.

The Jerusalem Post reports that the IAF struck targets in the Gaza Strip on Monday afternoon after communities in the western Negev came under heavy rocket fire throughout the day.
