Williams – If We Get A Short Squeeze Gold Could Go Ballistic

Today one of the most highly respected fund managers in Singapore told King World News that if we start to get a short squeeze in the price of gold, the price could go ballistic. Grant Williams, of the Vulpes Precious Metals Fund, also said investors should keep a close eye on the physical market.
Eric King: “Grant, James Turk has recently been talking with KWN about the possibility of a massive short squeeze in the gold and silver markets, despite the large commercial short interest.”
Williams: “We are at a very, very interesting point here, Eric. This is all about the disparity between the paper price of gold and the physical price. On the way down last year it didn’t really matter when people were naked shorting and hammering the price lower because not many people were paying attention to where the physical gold was flowing….
