With a non-stop flow of propaganda from Western mainstream media outlets, today Michael Pento warned King World News that a collapse is coming that will devastate people and crush the economy. Pento also discusses the indicator which is signaling that a devastating collapse is now on the horizon.
Eric King: “The bonds have surprised everybody. With the tapering we are actually seeing the bonds rally and it’s been very stunning to watch.”
Pento: “It’s absolutely stunning. I’ll be candid with you. I’m one of those people who thought the Fed’s taper would bring the 10-Year (Note) close to 4 percent. But the caveat I gave to everybody was the one and only reason why the Fed would be getting out of monetizing 100 percent of the annual deficit to zero percent of the annual deficit and yields would fall and bond prices would rally would be if the economy cratered….
