AP, Feb. 25, 2014: More than 250 people attended a two-hour meeting [about] accidents at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant near Carlsbad and the first-known release of radiation from the repository. But officials say it is unclear what caused the release, and it will likely be weeks before teams can get underground.
