4 more cases of H7N9 bird flu confirmed in China

Four people in two Chinese provinces have been confirmed as infected with H7N9 bird flu virus, authorities said.
A 50-year-old poultry breeder in China’s Jilin province was confirmed Friday to have the virus by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, China’s state-run Xinhua News Agency reported.
The man, surnamed Liang, is in a stable condition in hospital.
Three other cases were confirmed Friday in south China’s Guangdong province, Xinhua said.
