Japanese officials are reporting that the strongest Typhoon to hit Tokyo in 10 years is headed directly for Fukushima’s stricken nuclear plant- an absolute worst case scenario for what is turning into the largest natural disaster in human history.
TOKYO — A typhoon described as the “strongest in 10 years” was closing in on Japan late Tuesday, on a path that will take it toward the precarious Fukushima nuclear power plant.
