It was reported that the vote on stripping defund Obamacare happened today. Harry Reid had only 54 votes. If scoundrels of the GOP did not vote with Reid on cloture, he would not have gained required 60 votes. He had only 54 votes.
I hope people work very hard to throw out of office 25 out of 46 Republicans who gave Reid an opportunity to completely disregard the opposition and vote with only 54 votes.
According to Congressional budge office, Obamacare will achieve absolutely nothing. According to CBO we will still have 30 million uninsured in 10 years from now, but we will have another 800 billion-1 trillion debt for a huge bureaucracy.
According to Forbes the average premium for a family of four will go up 7,500 per year. So this is another huge pot from which the ruling mafia will be skimming.
If the House stands strong, we can still win the battle. We will see what the house will do. I believe the House will rend a rebuttal with 1 year delay on Obamacare and other provisions like Keystone pipeline. Another possibility is House sending several funding bills, where each bill funds a specific department. They will fund everything but Obamacare.
All of them are spending this nation into bankruptcy. It will be worse than Detroit or Greece or Weimer Republic.
