[Note: Recently, Glenn Beck said he had talked to a man known as the “gold king,” who, like Beck had warned people to plan for the upcoming economic crisis rather than just panic when the stock market, etc. start to plunge. Apparently, Beck et al don’t realize that is why the Power Elite (PE) have dumbed down the people—so they will just panic when disaster hits. The use of crises is an important technique the PE uses to accomplish its goals. This is how we got the freedom-losing Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act after the crisis of 9/11.
President Obama’s pullback on a response to Syria’s Assad using chemical weapons has been justified in part because our limited response is designed to hit fixed targets which Assad cannot relocate. But what if a delay allows him to locate hastily erected “children’s camps” next to those fixed targets? Can you imagine the pictures of Syrian children dead from a U.S. attack spread around the world? And an even more fundamental question is why should the U.S. be involved in Syria in the first place when the rebels (including Al-Qaeda) against Assad have also used chemical weapons?
