Earth Summit 2012 Promoters Call For Implementation Of “Personal Carbon Quotas

An organization calling itself “The Regeneration Project” calls for governments and NGO’s to create “personal carbon quotas, essentially making carbon a new form of currency for Individuals.”

In addition the group suggests “expanding the mandate of the UN Security Council to include environmental issues and security issues related to the environment” as well as “an International Court for the Environment (ICE) to settle disputes related to the environment and international environmental law.”

A global carbon policy, in other words, enforced by global carbon cops. Furthermore, the group advocates implementation of population stabilization policies at the earth summit to be held in Rio in June of this year.

In their manifest Bringing Rio Closer the organization, describing itself as a “collaborative and multi-facetted initiative by Globescan and SustainAbility”, proposes among other things that the UN mandates governments to execute their population reduction agenda:

“Securing commitments from governments to try to stabilize global population”, the document reads.

Stabilize the global population no less, and using the state (governments) as the enforcers of policies designed to achieve that goal. Here we have yet another example, which we document exhaustively, of key globalist players proposing far-reaching measures to exercise control over the masses. One of the ways of enforcing the agreed upon proposals is, what the Regeneration Project calls: “an International Court for the Environment (ICE) to settle disputes related to the environment and international environmental law.”

Another measure proposed by the Regeneration Project:
