“Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD; though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.” -Proverbs 16:5

Socialists. Progressives. Corporatists. Communitarianists. It really doesn’t make any difference what name they call themselves or what name we call them. Dung by any other name still stinks!

As I said in a recent NWVs article, despite what neo-cons like O’Reilly say, progressives are not kinder, gentler socialists who merely want to take everything you have. They mean to control you, but if you refuse to cooperate, rest assured you’re on their containment camp guests list. In these special habitats for inhumanity, most of you will become part of their labor force renewal plan. The rest of us will be exterminated by the most expedient means available.

Smart people are supposed to know this, but in a speech to Republicans and Tea Party supporters in New Orleans, April 10, Ron Paul defended Obama on a legal technicality, saying he wasn’t a socialist. Technically, he said, That One is a “corporatist.” Ron, you should know better than that. Yeah, I understand the analogy that politicians – both Democrats and Republicans – support and defend corporations, which do exercise unconstitutional influence over the government. But they’re not the only malefactors pulling the strings of political puppets like Boy Wonder.

Those who don’t believe this have tripped over socialists’ stumbling block definition of their supposed beliefs and objectives, like Huey Long’s “share the wealth” plan. I suggest you read Gary Allen’s book, None Dare Call it Conspiracy, which points out the great disparity in wealth and privilege socialist leaders have historically reserved for themselves, all the while taking “from each (except themselves and other elitists) according to his abilities” and giving “to each (especially to themselves and other elitists) according to his needs.” In other words, as Allen puts it, it’s never been about “sharing the wealth;” it’s about “sharing your wealth.”
